FAQs

When should I engage a Conveyancer?

The second you are looking at entering the property market for your potential Sale or Purchase.

Establishing this early relationship, can both empower you with confidence in completing a Contract as a Purchaser, by knowing what conditions you require for that weekend open home or by getting a head start on the discharge of mortgage as a Vendor, making the process less time critical and stress free.

Can EB Conveyancing help me with my Contract?

Absolutely!! We highly recommend contacting us for pre-contract advice and Contract reviews before signing.

How do I arrange EB Conveyancing to act on my behalf?

Hopefully you have taken the first step and reached out to us before dipping your toes into the property market.

If not, all it takes is a phone call, email or to advise your Real Estate Agent, that we will be taking care of you and they will send us a copy of your Contract.

Do I need to need to physically attend your office?

With the wonders or technology and the processes undertaken by EB Conveyancing, you never have to physically attend our office. Have confidence though that our doors are open if you enjoy the more personal touch of a face-to-face meeting. We can also come to you, with our mobile services.

Do I need to attend settlement?

Part of the service EB Conveyancing provides is undertaking and attending the physical settlement. All we need you to do is be on the other end of the phone to receive the fantastic news that your property is settled.

What’s the difference between a Solicitor and Conveyancer?

Both a Solicitor and Conveyancer can undertake Conveyancing transactions. A Solicitor can provide expert advise regarding legal matters above your normal Conveyancing matter. This is not required for the majority of transactions, and we would love the chance to assist you in your property transaction.

How much do EB Conveyancing charge?

EB Conveyancing offer fixed price conveyancing. No matter how many calls or emails occur during your transaction, we do not charge by the email or minute. Contact us for a personalised schedule of fees, showing a full breakdown of a Sale and Purchase transaction.
